  4. A simple init that dynamically positions the desktop
  5. pattern in response to a control-shift-click-drag in
  6. the desktop area
  7.  
  8. shift-click-arrowkey will cycle the current patterns
  9. from the desktop pattern or desktop picture prefs
  10.  
  11. if the mouse is moving when control-shift-click-drag
  12. ends the desktop pattern will be thrown and continue
  13. to follow the vector last traversed by the cursor
  14.  
  15. if you use any of the code your copy will crash, but
